Toshiba 250GB Hard Drive 2.5 Inch
Toshiba announced the world premiere of 1.8-inch hard drive with 250 GB of storage capacity, and today the Japanese manufacturer unveiled a 2.5-inch SSD, the THNS256GE8BC.
Our new features SSD to 256GB of storage space and offers a write speed of 70 Mb / s and a read speed of 120MB / s. The mass production of this DSS will begin in October.
In addition to the 2.5-inch SSD, Toshiba announced a flash module designed primarily for NETBOOK and is available in 3 versions: 8GB/16GB/32GB. This module offers a flash reading speed of 80 Mb / s and a write speed of 50 Mb / s. No word on pricing yet.

I wonder how much it costs, I’d put it in a zune
