Motorola Tao Android Smart Phone

Motorola will be release smartphone based on Android OS called Motorola Tao. The Verizon Wireless will be sold it on the US market.

Motorola Tao Android phone featuring 3.7-inch touch screen display with swift QWERTY keyboard, metal casing, the thickness only 13.7-mm, has 5M pixel camera with dual LED flash and 16GB of internal memory (extended via microSD card).

Another features of Motorola Tao like bluetooth adapter, wifi and GPS. This smartphone will be release start on December 2009. And here is the specification of Motorola Tao:

* OMAP3430 – 600 MHz ARM Cortex A8 + PowerVR SGX 530 GPU + 430MHz C64x+ DSP + ISP (Image Signal Processor)
* Battery Li-ion 1400 mAh.

Motorola CLIQ Android Phone

Motorola introduce their first Android phone which named CLIQ. Some key features include of Motorola CLIQ include 1700 MHz 3G network adoption, 5M pixel camera with video capture function, support GPS mapping, Wi-Fi and integrated touch screen mode.

The Cliq also adopt toucscreen 3.1-inch LCD with resolution of 480×360 pixel screen. Motorola says its smartphone could be the first phone with Android 2.0 full backup of Google. Motorola CLIQ plan to meet U.S. market before the holidays, big and first held T-Mobile but the price is not available yet.

Motorola has been launch their new handset which name Motorola Z8m into Korea Market at Grand Hilton Seoul. The Kick Slider feature from Z8m is one of the unique feature for the consumers.

The Z8m Kick Slider is an angle hinge in the middle of the phone which can sit closely into your face. It’s a 3G device from Motorola with 2.2 inch LCD QVGA resolution, built-in camera 2 mega pixel with 5x digital zoom, USB 2.0 connection, bluetooth, and some multimedia feature. The price only 500,000 Korea Won and available through SK Telecom.

During CTIA Wireless 2008, Alcatel introduce their new brand new phone OT-V770A which is for Playboy branded handset. Come with gold, pink or silver metallic trim and also some of the playboy model on the event really interesting to catch it.

The Playboy phone support a 1.3 megapixel camera, media player, 10 MB on board memory, micro SD slot, full screen video playback and also with addition of Playboy logo and embossed metallic in the rear panel. We don’t know the price yet, is it like Motorola Dolce Gabana or like Samsung Giorgio Armani which is only sell the brand without using a high technology inside the phone. I hope it’s not but let’s see the detail if the Alcatel Playboy OT-V770A already release.
