Radical Nokia N76 Clamshell

There’s something of the Motorola RAZR in the aim of the N76. The flat keyboard with a typical kick at the bottom is definitely in the fashion of the RAZR, although to be fair, LG have done this too with handsets such as the P7200. It’s not a copy of the RAZR though, far from it. The Nokia N73 has a fashion all of its own and has a rich feature set that puts most Motorola handsets to shame.

BenQ-Siemens S88 Limited Edition

benq-siemens-s88One of the first three handsets to be launched under the BenQ-Siemens brand, the S88 is a substantially better handset than many we’ve seen from the Siemens camp recently. Pitched at the upper-midrange market, the BenQ-Siemens S88 competes directly against the likes of the Sony Ericsson K750i.

Both the S88 and K750i feature a 2 megapixel camera with LED flash, a 176×220 pixel 262,000 colour display, expandable memory (microSD on the S88), MP3/multimedia player and Bluetooth.

Nokia have revise a fairly standard overall look that we’ve seen in other 6000 series clamhshells, and then added a low end 128×160 pixel display and VGA resolution camera. The Nokia 6085 comes with a microSD slot, FM radio, Bluetooth and an MP3 player and usefully it is a quad-band GSM phone.
