Samsung SCH-M470 HSUPA Smart Phone
Samsung Electronics introduced the first smart phone HSUPA SCH-M470 in Korea. The adoption of a 2M camera, the SCH-M470 supports web browsers, push e-mail, Google’s search application, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a 2.0 connectivity.

HSUPA (High-Speed Uplink Packet Access) is the enhanced version of WCDMA, and enhances data communication at the speed of the uplink.
Toshiba Portege G710 The BlackBerry Rival
This is not just a little resemble a Blackberry, the Portege G710 is designed exactly the same market as devices such as the BlackBerry 8130 the Portégé stands out, however, that it runs on Windows Mobile, and it is possible using the device with Microsoft Exchange Server to Push E-mail.

This is not a 3G phone - Toshiba Portege G710 is a quad-band GSM device with GPRS and EDGE. There is no WiFi. Although the high-speed data is a nice thing to have, there was really no need for e-mail and Toshiba G710 should include just fine when it comes to messaging.
