ATI Catalyst 7.8 Release From AMD
Performance of Radeon has been improve with new ATI Catalyst which is release from AMD. The ATI Catalyst drivers has well performance bases on testing by tweaktown in following - synthetic, real-world, HDR, OpenGL, Direct3D along with AA and AF.
From the performance improvement like RADEON HD 2600 and RADION HD2400 ( single and crossfire) show 6% improvement in 3DMark 2006 and 3D Mark 2005. Serious Sam 2 with HDR enabled improves as much as 14.5% on Radeon HD2900, Radeon HD2600 and Radeon HD2400 products.
