August 7, 2008 | Notebook, Sony | 1 CommentSony Korea launched its new line of ultra-portable PC ‘VAIO SR series’ in Korea market. Built of lightweight, durable magnesium alloy, the SR notebooks are available by hitting three colors – silver, black and pink.
The VAIO SR series features “Switch” technology to personalize modes home, work and entertainment. You can customize each mode with its own wallpapers and a set of shortcuts to five correspond to different scenarios. Set your favorite websites for home, office applications
work, and programs that allow you to listen to music and movies that you’re ready to relax.
Weighing just over four pounds, the RS has a notebook 13.3-inch backlit LED widescreen display and patented by Sony XBRITE-ECO LCD technology for clear and images. With a unique keyboard design, unity of the keys are slightly raised, resulting in an easy to use and improving key hit.
The notebook is powered by Windows Vista Home Premium OS 2 and Intel Centrino technology designed for lighting-fast performance, instant response system and energy efficiency.
With the notebook SR 802.11n technology integrated wireless LAN, you can surf the Web and check e-mail with greater range and reliability than ever when connected to a compatible hotspot. And the links with friends and family has never been easier thanks to the unity optional built-in webcam and microphone.
