Nokia N71 Preview
March 11, 2011 | Cellular Phone, Gadgets, MP3 Digital Audio, Nokia | 4 CommentsNokia announced today three new N-Series 3G multimedia cell phones. Along with the Nokia N80 and the Nokia N92 , is the Nokia N71. The N71 will allow users to play music and browse the web “in a completely new wayâ€Â.


The music centric N71, we’re looking at a clamshell with a 2 megapixel camera, along with a second cam for video calls. As far as music playback goes, the phone has a 5-band equalizer, an FM tuner, and support for MP3, AAC, eAAC+, and WMA formats. Sadly there is an unimpressive 10MB of included memory, but it is expandable via miniSD. They also include Bluetooth and USB2.0 for hookups, and there is a 240 x 320 display, along with some external screen action.
This Nokia N71 clamshell phone comes with the following features:
* 2 megapixel camera
* 240 x 320 internal display
* External display
* 5-band equalizer
* FM-tuner
* Support for MP3, AAC, eAAC+, and WMA audio formats
* 10MB of internal memory, expandable via miniSD
* Ability to use wireless broadband
It is expected to be available first quarter of 2006 and priced at US$490.
