Olympus E-510 has feature live view and built in image stabilizer and this is can deliver a professional standard photography.
E-510 is lower total zoom rather than Olympus SP-550 UZ, it come with 10 megapixel live MOS sensor and live view 7x/10x which is accurately to focus the objects. E-510 also has Supersonic Wave Filter feature which is reduce the attraction of dust. The modes can be choose in 18 scene from portrait, landscape, beach&snow, fireworks, night, sports, panorama, children and candle.
The ISO if Olympus E-510 has sensitivity 100-400 for auto and 100-1600 for manual. The built in flash has auto, red-eye reduction, slow sync, slow sync 2nd curtain and fill in. And the White Balance of auto, manual, shade, overcast, fluorescents, tungsten, sunlight, adjustment and bracketing.

The dual slot compactflash in the bundle with card type I and II can recorded as EXIFF 2.2, PIM III, DPOF and DCF. The image can be playback as slide show, calendar, index, zoom and histogram. The images also can be view on 2.5 inch HyperCrystal LCD and the DSLR has eye level single lens view finder.
