hi carol, elitezoom only review products and if you want to complain, please go to the seller or dealer where you bought it. I hope your Kodak photo printer can be fix and work normally

i have a complaint about your G610 easyshare photo printer…i have a key number for i have called before..and recieved no help…other than to get a coupon for 25% off on a different item and never recieved that…its been almost three weeks and your company has not done anything for me…my printer was used only once and when i put the second ink cartridge in it would not go…something inside had let go…i’m very disappointed in your product and yur service and i will not buy another kodack product if this is what goes on for help… thanks for your time which wasn’t much….carol moreland
