HP Pavilion dm1z Ultra Portable Laptop

Hewlett-Packard (HP) revealed a new ultraportable AMD laptop known as HP Pavilion dm1z. It is a variant of the HP Pavilion dm1 updated with AMD Vision with 11.6 inch (1366×768 pixel) 720p display. HP Pavilion dm1z is the starting price of $ 449.99.

The new HP Pavilion is dm1z has either a 1.7GHz AMD Athlon Neo K125 II or AMD Athlon or Neo II K325 and K625 (1.3GHz and 1.5GHz) processor, up to 5GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive or a 128GB SSD, Bluetooth and a Qualcomm Gobi2 for mobile broadband service with AT&T, Verizon or Sprint.

The HP Pavilion dm1z also equipped with 3x USB ports, HDMI, VGA output, a 5-in-1 card reader, microphone, webcam and Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, complete with 60 days of free updates to Symantic Norton Internet Security 2010 and Microsoft Office Starter 2010. The dimension is 11.4 x 8.03 x 0.78 – 1.20 inches and a weight of 3.24 pounds.
