How-to Reduce CD/DVD Writer Noise

At the end of the process burn a CD or DVD, several CD / DVD writer to a certain zing often very noisy. This should reduce the noise with the settings to set the CD / DVD writer in Windows XP.

To reduce noise, you can adjust the settings “IDE Controller” in the Device Manager XP. Therefore, open the Device Manager. First open the “Control Panel” from the Start menu.     I really don’t recommend that trick, since it disables the DMA transfers (direct access of the information without using the processor) of the CD/DVD, leaving all the job of data transferring to the processor, overloading it and causing that while you are reading/writing from/to the CD/DVD the overall performance of the computer is greatly reduced. Better to download an acoustic silencer software.
