With its slim and lightweight transmitter tag, all you have to do is to clip it on any of your expensive gadget (like cellphones, laptops, or cameras), clip the monitor to your belt, and turn the Bodyguard on.
Should it happen that you (or your gadget) moves further than 30 or 100 feet, the monitor will alert you with a very urgent alarm. This will jog your memory, causing you to run back for your precious gear.
