Fastest Support From Servage Hosting

Yesterday, EliteZoom blog has been suspended by abuse department from the server hosting because they detect high resource load at this domain.

“Your account is over utilizing allowed resources for the plan and we can’t allow any one user to degrade server performance by over utilizing allowed resources as it has a direct impact on other users on the server.”

Before I know their email, usually in the morning I check the traffic and it’s not usual. I only get 10 visitor for yesterday and usually I will get traffic around 200-300 unique visitors. When I visit my website it’s redirect to suspend page. But thanks anyway because they still allow me to login via FTP and CPanel.

They said because their Custom monitoring tools partial log output (of spike) and I can see the log is come from Adlogger script. The script will send email to my account if someone click the ads.

Because I am not really much have a bucks of money, I choose budget plan and there’s policy from their website:
“The hosting plan that I choose may not use more than 1% CPU daily, 3% memory daily, run more than 8 simultaneous processes per user, allow any process to run for longer than 15 CPU seconds, or run any process that consumes more than 10% of available CPU at any time. Databases are limited to 8 max user connections with a max query time of 5 seconds. Cron jobs must not execute more than once every hour and niced to 10 or greater.”

I know this is my fault and I don’t read all of the package before hosting, so this is my fault and not the web hosting. The try to stop the process which will make their server get down. So I don’t think to much and go to servage to choose their plan.

Actually I get a coupon code from them which give me discount USD1 per month and this is also make me happy to hosting there. Also you can get 25 GB (25000 MB) extra space from servage if you sign up. After a hour and half I get notice my account has been approve and I try to install some script with their auto install feature and move my database. I try to upload around 10MB sql database but it got some error when try to install it. So manually I insert all the database one by one until night and i am getting tired. I also change the name server already but the propagation take longer time until I got sleep in 2.30 AM in the morning.

I wake up and check again and mywebsite already up and running well in the main page. I really happy just in second, but when I click one of the link but some error happen. They can not found the URL, oh my GOD!! I check all of the setting and found the htaccess status is disable. So I enable it but it take around 3 hours and I really get boring about this.

I know it’s my responsibility if I have a high traffic website and must be hosting in a good web hosting for high traffic like servage. I also really like their supporting because it’s very fast and they give straight solution for me. Thanks to servage, I hope I will not move my domain to another server anymore.
