James Bond Phones Sony Ericsson Limited Edition
Sony Ericsson today announced special silver versions of the K800 and K790 Cyber-shot camera phones as used by James Bond in the awaited new Bond movie, Casino Royale.
The silver K800 / K790 phones are a natural fit with the cool, sophisticated style of James Bond. Both are capable mobile phones that also provide cutting edge camera features, a 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus, Xenon flash for lowlight conditions and BestPic, which allows the user to take nine pictures of a moving object simultaneously and choose to keep the best shot. The phones also offer Picture Blogging for uploading photos to a personal online blogsite & PictBridge for printing direct to a printer, without the need for a PC or laptop.
Sony Ericsson W810i Best Seller
The Sony Ericsson W810 is a fairly minor upgrade, featuring an improved keypad layout for playing back multimedia, and it’s now a quad band GSM handset, rather than tri-band. Sony Ericsson have also added EDGE high speed data, allowing quicker access to the internet for those who have a compatible carrier – and the W810 also supports over-the-air music downloads, so EDGE will be a real advantage for those who have it.
Sony Ericsson M600i with 3G Phone Review
The Sony Ericsson M600i is a 3G phone with tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900), expandable memory (using Memory Stick Micro cards), plus a full range of applications including the Opera web browser, an email client, and multimedia player. Plus the M600i comes with a jog-dial control in addition to the touchscreen, as does the larger P900 series.

Sony Ericsson Z610 / Z610i Clamshell Phone
The Sony Ericsson Z610 is a 3G clamshell phone with a 2 megapixel camera, but perhaps its most striking feature is how shiny it is.

It looks gorgeous – but in reality, the Sony Ericsson Z610 is a reasonably standard phone underneath. There’s a 176×220 pixel display in 262,000 colours, Bluetooth, Memory Stick Micro Support, video calling, a web browser and email client plus everything else you’d expect to find.
Duo Sony Ericsson Z558i & Z558c Review
Sony Ericsson Z558i / Z558c is a very close relative of the existing Z550 handset, but with one unusual change – the Z558 supports handwriting recognition and comes with a touch-sensitive display.

Of course, handwriting recognition is nothing new, but this is the first time that Sony Ericsson have included it in a non-Symbian phone (i.e. a smartphone). As far as we can tell, this Z558 is simply a slight software and hardware revision of an existing run-of-the-mill handset. The Sony Ericsson Z558 can recognise Chinese, Thai and English characters – and as usual with Sony Ericsson, the “c” variant is for China, with the Z558i aimed at other markets.
Sony Ericsson W950i with 4GB Flash Memory
The new W950i Walkman cellphone stands out from the crowd with its four-whooping-gigabytes of flash memory, large touch-sensitive display, and keypad that flush with the surface. Music junkies will also appreciate its dedicated music controls. Strangely, Sony Ericsson calls its color Mystic Purple.
