Nokia 770 the Internet Tablet
The Nokia 770 has always been an oddity in Nokia’s line-up as it lacks a phone or GPRS or 3G data, instead relying on WiFi or a Bluetooth connection to another handset. And early devices had teething problems, as discussed in our review. But as it runs Linux, the open source community have been very busy porting applications to Nokia’s Maemo platform, which we understand has led to the development of other similar devices during 2006.
Nokia 5500 Sport Style
The Nokia 5500 Sport is the latest in Nokia’s 5000-series of ruggedised phones, designed to withstand knocks and splashes, and in a way it carries on from the Nokia 5140i, 5140, 5100 and other devices. But it’s not just an existing handset in a rubbery case, the Nokia 5500 Sport has a few interesting technological features that make it stand out.
Nokia 7390 Review the L’Amour Range
A new addition to the L’Amour range, the Nokia 7390 is probably also Nokia’s first sensible 3G clamshell phone. It’s a pretty conventional but well specified device, with a 3 megapixel digital camera, 240×320 pixel display, external media controls, microSD expandable memory, Bluetooth, video calling, stereo FM radio, MP3 player and everything else you’d expect to find in a 3G device.. except, being a L’Amour series device, it’s also very attractively designed.

Nokia 7373 Review the L’Amour Collection
An upgrade to the attractive Nokia 7370, the Nokia 7373 forms part of the Nokia L’Amour collection. It’s almost identical to the 7370, except the 7373 comes with a 2 megapixel digital camera which nicely complements the 7373’s 240×320 pixel display and microSD expandable memory. Internal memory has also been increased to 128Mb, and the Nokia 7373 retains the MP3 player and all the other functionality of the previous device.
Nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition Review
The Nokia 8800 Sirocco Editio is a fairly minor but useful upgrade of the existing Nokia 8800, replacing the 0.5 megapixel camera in the 8800 with a much more useful 2.0 megapixel device and increasing the internal memory from 64Mb tp 128Mb. There’s also an FM radio, MP3 player and expandable memory.
Nokia 330 Car Satellite Navigation System
The Nokia 330 is a Satellite Navigation system (Nokia call it “Auto Navigation”) that bears a passing resemblance to the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet. Like the 770, the Nokia 330 isn’t a phone but the really surprising thing lies deep underneath.
