Motorola now come with a different style in 2008 with MOTO ROKR E8 dynamic with elegant keyboard. If you are using it as a phone, then the ROKR E8 shows a conventional numeric keypad - if you use the camera, it shows camera controls, and for playing multimedia ROKR E8 musical keys.

Motorola ROKR W5

Motorola will launch ROKR W5 is another addition to Motorola’s range of clamshell phones. It’s around the twentieth incarnation of the RAZR.

The Motorola ROKR W5 is almost identical to the existing Motorola W510 which itself was pretty close to the old Motorola RAZR V3i Gold. The only thing that the ROKR W5 brings to Motorola’s range of phones is a new “ROKR” logo.

Motorola U9 PEBL2 Preview

Motorola will be launch their new handset called Motorola U9 but some of news said it will called Motorola PEBL2 or maybe another edition of ROKR phones. But the first sight I though it will break the RAZR style tradition.

Motorola W175 and Motorola W180 Preview

Motorola will unveiled their new cheap color cell phone on market. Motorola W175 (left) and Motorola W180 (right) with color screen. The W180 has a FM radio but the W175 doesn’t and it’s like Motorola W156 and Motorola W160 variant.

Both handset have the same illumination keypad will glare when press it. The specification is not known yet but if we see the image the weight maybe around 80 grams and have battery with talk time between 5-7 hours.

Motorola W156 and Motorola W160 Cheap Phones

After launch the RAZR2 V9 and RAZR2 V8 series, Motorola also make some pretty cheap monochrome phones. It’s call W156 (left) and W160 (right). Both of phones are identically with 128×128 pixel display and illuminated keypad.

W160 feature with an FM radio but W156 is not. There’s standard jack plug connector on both and I guess it’s hard to see. Also you will get an USB connector but have no MP3 playback.

Slimmer RAZR Square

Motorola launch their new next generation RAZR Square in Korea market. The square have 2.0 inch external display and 2.2 inch internal screen. RAZR Square is the flagship model year 2007 with tandem display in the front.

With caller ID and readable text, the screen resolution bigger twice than original RAZR. The convensional clamshell cell phone performance is limited fashion when it closed, but the new RAZR Square allow us to get benefit more than 10 capability when it closed. While the RAZR close it can be reading text message, navigating the multimedia files, navigation, etc from the 2 inch wide external display.

New Motorola RAZR2 V9

The new Motorola RAZR2 V9 looks very similar to RAZR V8 but it’s just little thicker. The RAZR2 V9 has 3G capability with HSDPA support which giving maximum download speed 3.6 Mbps. It’s not the 1st HSDPA phone RAZR but Motorola have been early adopted 3.5 G technology in their clamshell devices.
