Acer released a Limited Edition Ferrari LCD monitor, the F-22Bid. Our new 22-inch screen is available in 500 units, and provides a contrast ratio of 20,000:1(ACM).
Acer Ferrari F-22Bid also features a brightness of 300cd/m², a WSXGA resolution (1,680×1,050), a response time of 2ms (GTG), and features HDMI/DVI-D24/D-Sub interface. There’s no price available yet.
Sharp AQUOS XS1 LCD TV
Sharp has unveiled its ultra-slim premium LCD TV XS1 Series AQUOS during CEATEC 2008, which has 1,000,000: 1 contrast ratio.
With only 2.28cm thick to thin section, the AQUOS XS1 supports 150% color and 450 cd/m2 brightness. It should be available in Japan on the market for the 15th October 1,280,000 (JPY) 65-inch model and 980,000 (JPY) 52-inch model.
DViCO R-2210 HD Personal Video Recorder
DViCO announced the launch of its compact HD PVR (Personal Video Recorder) “R-2210″ in Korea market, which can record HDTV and digital cable television and broadcasting analog.
With its ultra-small aluminum with black bezel, the TViX PVR supports HDMI 1.1, HD 1080i resolution and other music files, such as WMA, OGG, AAC, MP3 and more.
It should be available in Korea market in October. No word yet on prices.
LG Scarlet 42LG6100 Super Slim LCD TV
LG introduced its thin super slim LCD TV 42LG6100 sexy scarlet featuring advanced intelligent sensor. With 42 inch HD ready, scarlet 42LG6100has been awarded as design and engineering showcase honors 2008.
The LG6100 includes advanced technology TruMotion 100Hz eliminate motion blur, even in rapid sequence of action, and a dynamic contrast ratio up to 50,000:1. The Scarlet TV come with 1080 pixel with built in digital freeview, 100 Hz, XD Engine, 4x HDMI and USB 2.0 (JPEG/MP3 playback).
Sharp Aquos LC-65GX5 Full HD TV
Sharp of Japan has announced the release of their 65 inch Full HD LCD TV, the AQUOS LC-65GX5 on October 2008. Previously Sharp already launch their 16 new Aquos G-Series LCD TV from 26 to 52 inch screen size.
The LC-65GX5 offers a contrast of 2000:1 (up to 15000:1), a brightness of 450 cd / m² and a viewing angle of 176 degrees, and it has 2 x 7.5W speakers, 3 HDMI inputs and is certified DLNA.The price of AQUOS 65GX5 around € 4500.
