Canon PowerShot was launching product on the market that is called Canon PowerShot SD1000 Digital ELPH Camera silver color. The resolution was struck up 7.1 megapixels.

Most of the internal changes is the new processor Digic III. It allows longer battery life, faster startup, autofocus, and loaded shutter. The SD1000-processor adds crunchy enough to add the power of detecting face, red-eye reduction, and achieves the greatest heights SD1000 sensitivity.

Canon puts all the buttons on the right half of the body. A slider lets you switch between capture still images, video recording, and reading. The only other control is circular to four lanes with a rocker Function / Set button in the middle. The SD1000 nine cosmetics resemble the original Elph with the big black circle around his goal. If you do not like black-on-silver design, Canon also offers a silver on the silver version.
