I had a ATI HD4670 graphics card and a 550 watt powersupply installed on our computer by Future Shop (for my son. A virus scan and clean-up was also done. Total cost $365.00 When I got it home there was no sound, not even if headphones were used. Any suggestions. Future Shop wants another $150 to check it out and do the fix even though it was working prior to going in for the install. I hate getting ripped off. I know little about computers.
