    Acer release the Aspire One netbook and Aspire Timeline notebook powered by WiMax technology.

    The Acer Aspire One AO531h-Bk86X come with 10.1-inch WSVGA resolution (1024×600), Intel Atom N280 (1.66 GHz) processor, Intel mobile 945 express chipset, 1GB of DDR2-533 RAM, 160 GB of HDD (5400 rpm SATA), 5-in-1 card reader, webcam, bluetooth 2.1, 3 USB 2.0 ports, Intel WiMAX / Wi-Fi and 6-cells battery up to 7.5-hours lifetime.

    The Acer Aspire Timeline Series introduced in 4 models which support Intel Core 2 Duo SU9400 (1.4GHz) processor, or a Celeron Dual Core SU2300 (1.2GHz) processor, from 1GB to 4GB of RAM, 160GB of HDD, a 13.3-inch LCD screen with WXGA Resolution (1366×768). Another features like WiMAX / Wi-Fi, an HDMI port, 1 D-Sub VGA port, 3 USB2.0, the Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, a 5-in-1 card reader, a web camera and a 6 cells battery providing up to 8 hours of battery life.

    The weight of Aspire One is 1.15kg with dimension 255 x 183 x 26.9-mm and price around 405€. The Aspire Timeline series has weight 1.6kg, dimension 322 x 228 x 28.9-mm and the price around 535€ to 735€.
